How to contact bachmaier®?

We are at your disposal:

  • Our telephone service and order hotline can be reached Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.. Please call +49 8657 983 550
  • You can reach us by e-mail under office@bachmaier.de

When can I expect the delivery of my ordered products?

  • Items in stock will be send usually at the same day, if the order reaches us until 2 p.m.
  • Non-stock items have an approxiamte delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

If your order is on it´s way to you, you can track the delivery with the UPS Tracking System. You will receive a link per email as soon as your order was handed over to UPS.

What payment modalities provides bachmaier®?

  • If you have a customer account at bachmaier®, you will receive simply and easy once a month an collective invoice. This invoice will list every product which was ordered in a period of 4 weeks before the invoice date.
  • If you don´t have a customer account at bachmaier®, you can use your paypal-account or various credit card instituts (VISA, MasterCard, Amercian Express for the payment of your order.
  • Customers who use direct debit benefit from 2 % additonal discount. Please ask if this is available for your country.

How much are the shipping costs?

  • From a value of 100.00 € bachmaier deliver your order without any shipping costs.
  • For orders with a lower value of goods than 100.00 € there will be 5.95 € (Germany) or 7.95 € (EU-countries) or 15.50. CHF (Switzerland) calculated on your shipping.
  • If you are based outside of the EU, CH, NOR your shipping costs will be calculated afterwards.

How do I change my address details?

How do I redeem an online coupon?

  • Post your online coupon code in the comments/note section of your online order. The voucher amount will be deducted later from us.

Can I change my order afterwards?

  • If you want to add something or you like to change your order, please contact us on +49 8657 983 550. We will accommodate your request.
  • Please understand, that we can´t make any more changes at some point. This is, when the order is already processed with UPS.

I have my headquarters in Switzerland – How doest the import and the procedure with the customs work?

  • Bachmaier will pay your custom fees. In additional wie provide a swiss mailbox for returs and earmould  orders.

Is there a possibility of express deliveries?

  • Yes, please contact us for this.
